Size : Diam. 15 cm. Condition : Dish. Kiln waster. History : Bought Kalong, 1970's. Note the kylin has been copied wrongly from a Chinese sample (a Ming blue and white dish with a Kylin decoration has been found at the kiln site - see Chinese blue & white page 13).The Chinese kylin does not have wings but 'flaming attributes'. Chinese potters would be most unlikely to make this mistake.
