Nan introduction Kilns near Nan were first reported in 1982.Bor Suak, judging by the number of wasters, must have been a major production site. Historically and stylistically the wares appear to be related to those of Phayao. No pieces are reported to have been found except in the immediate vicinity of Nan. This is the only kiln site in Thailand where saggars were used in large quantities. |
